1. The enneagram helps you understand yourself and the roots of who you are.

There isn't magic to the enneagram. It is simply a tool that helps us pull back the layers of who we are and understand why we think,

feel, or act the way we do. Sometimes we focus on our actions instead of asking the deeper questions about our motivations and what is going on inside of us. The enneagram can serve as a mirror of sorts, giving us a fresh, deeper look into who we are.

The enneagram was a tool that transformed the way I saw myself and the people I love. It showed me a path of growth and the intentional work that I needed to do to become a more wholehearted version of myself.

2. The enneagram shows us what healthy and unhealthy looks like.

Unlike other typologies, the enneagram does not put us in a box. We are way more than a number. Rather, it describes the multilayers to our personality - what are we like under stress, what are we like in security, what are our tendencies in communication and conflict, at our best and also at our not-so-best. Our individual personalities have many layers to them, and the enneagram helps us peel back some of those layers to understand different aspects of who we are.

3. Self-work is hard. You don't have to do it alone.

I didn't get into enneagram coaching because it was a gimmick, or trendy. I got into enneagram coaching because the enneagram was a tool that transformed the way I saw myself and the people I love. It showed me a path of growth and the intentional work that I needed to do to become a more wholehearted version of myself. The enneagram is an invitation to becoming. It doesn't mean it will be easy. It requires honesty, vulnerability, and grace. Coaching is the opportunity to have a trusted guide walk that path with you and cheer you on, to remind you of the gifts you bring to the world and to guide you in discovering deeper acceptance, understanding, and love for yourself and others.

4. Coaching is a catalyst for growth. The coaching process brings intentionality to your journey. In coaching, we discuss your particular pain points and your goals. Then with structured sessions and guided reflections, we dive in together into the wisdom the enneagram has to offer. Instead of being left to figure out how to apply enneagram knowledge on your own, or trying to navigate countless enneagram books, the guide sheets we use in sessions move us intentionally through how to apply the enneagram to your life - understanding your communication styles and common conflict activators, pathways of growth, and implications of grace. I am here to guide that process so that you can do the work that will pay off for you. 5. Investing in yourself is a solid long-term investment. We are told over and over about the importance of self-care. We have to take care of ourselves before we can take care of others. Often, though, our definition of self-care is a bubble bath, a date night out, a massage. All of those are good things. Enneagram coaching, though, is long-term self-care, an investment that will reap benefits for years to come in your understanding of yourself and your relationship with others. Relationships matter, and finding ways to be relationally whole, to become a more wholehearted version of ourselves, that is something worth investing in. Yes, coaching is an investment but one that will reap all kinds of benefits. Are you ready to start your journey?
