1. The enneagram helps you understand yourself and the roots of who you are.
There isn't magic to the enneagram. It is simply a tool that helps us pull back the layers of who we are and understand why we think,
feel, or act the way we do. Sometimes we focus on our actions instead of asking the deeper questions about our motivations and what is going on inside of us. The enneagram can serve as a mirror of sorts, giving us a fresh, deeper look into who we are.
The enneagram was a tool that transformed the way I saw myself and the people I love. It showed me a path of growth and the intentional work that I needed to do to become a more wholehearted version of myself.
2. The enneagram shows us what healthy and unhealthy looks like.
Unlike other typologies, the enneagram does not put us in a box. We are way more than a number. Rather, it describes the multilayers to our personality - what are we like under stress, what are we like in security, what are our tendencies in communication and conflict, at our best and also at our not-so-best. Our individual personalities have many layers to them, and the enneagram helps us peel back some of those layers to understand different aspects of who we are.
