If you are new to the enneagram and want to know what it is about, this single session will walk you through understanding your number and the basics of how to use the enneagram as a tool for personal growth.

You'll be asked to complete some pre-work beforehand to aid in identifying your type. Once you've landed on your type, this session will help you understand what that means and show you how to use the enneagram as a tool for personal growth going forward.
